On Saturday, November 23, 2024, children along with their families and friends will be recognized at the Mecklenburg County Courthouse for an Adoption Day Carnival Celebration.
The day will include music, treats, activities, laughter and gifts for the families. District Court Judge Aretha Blake will preside over the program. This will be a day of fun to celebrate families who have made the decision to grow their families through adoption.
