Bismarck, North Dakota, will be hosting a National Adoption Day Celebration on November 23rd, 2024. On this day, 8 families and 11 children will finalize their adoptions! The families will celebrate with a provided breakfast buffet, a celebration program, gifts, and a balloon releasing ceremony.
