The local court of the Fourth Judicial District of Iowa will open their doors on National Adoption Day, Saturday, November 23, 2024 to finalize the adoptions of local children and join other organizations to celebrate all adoptions! Families will gather in Council Bluffs, Iowa and finalize adoptions of children from Audubon, Cass, Fremont, Harrison, Mills, Montgomery, Page Pottawattamie, Shelby, and surrounding counties.
